libgfortran-5-dev-hppa-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran-5-dev-hppa-cross
libgfortran-5-dev-hppa-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgfortran-5-dev-hppa-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgfortran-5-dev-hppa-cross *
